Cyclone Switch 5-Port
Many components of Cyclone leverage the networking and power provided by the network switch. This switch is available as a managed and unmanaged variants. The 1Gbit, CAT6 connectivity offers digital infrastructure needed by most applications.
Cyclone Switch serves as a Power-over-Ethernet distribution system, up to 90W per output. Most devices using the Power-over-Ethernet system are 30W or less. The device gets its power as a PoE device or can be sourced power from Cyclone Power at 57VDC.
Cyclone Switch uses MicroD-9 connectors. This series is available in flight-qualified and space-qualified variants.

Cyclone Power
To link Cyclone products to the aircraft, Cyclone Power offers the DC power input and cockpit indicators. The DC power is up to 10A at 28VDC or 20A at 14VDC. The product provides up to 300W to the connected devices. The power is provided out at voltage of 57VDC which is provided to a PoE network switch. The switch then distributes the power over the network cables to the end devices.
